If there is one thing I would advise you to do is to read, research and come up with ways to making this world a better place. Now, you may not influence a million or a billion people but if you do change the lives to say 100 or 1,000 people then you are doing amazingly well! However, you cannot do any of this unless you work on yourself first. It is super important that you recharge all your batteries before setting out in the world. One of my favourite book is the The Four Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss. It's a good starting point to free your self from unnecessary time wastage and become more productive, instead of just being busy.
The other books I recommend are below. When I was at university, I listened to 'How to win friends and influence people.' From that moment on, I know that I would not finish my degree. I had a few subjects to go, however it was not my calling to finish that degree off. I didn't see myself communing to work, struggling in life and being unhappy. Just like I had invited Facebook to connect everyone in the world, I knew that I had to let out all my other inventions and business ideas out into the world. I enjoy helping people and making he world into a better place. I am a creative person and I am always looking for ways to improve the world, make a difference, prevent problem, solve problems and improve what already exist.
If you need any more inspiration and help, you can always reach out to an awesome mentor, marketer and all round cool guy Tai Lopez. Your purpose in life is calling you. Answer that call and go with it. Everything else will fall into place.
I am not emotional or logical. I am a little of both, however, I am innovative, entrepreneurial, forward thinking, helpful, inventive, oriented, co-operative and a leader. I am also curious and analytical. Those who have listened to me, have done well for themselves. When I got into this kind of life, I had two goals. Freedom and making a difference in the world. My father, told me about the internet when I was very little; I have been using computers for a long time and Apple since I was eleven years old. I love technology and I am a digital age kid!
My first invention, Facebook, came about while I was in high school. In 2002, on my DELL laptop and my dial up connection, I emailed YALE, NYU and HARVARD, with the Facebook idea. Harvard business school took my idea. I am glad that is happened. I wanted to connect everyone in the world! I love people and communication. I am the INVENTOR and Mark Zuckerberg is the founder and programmer. I cannot code. This is why I reached out to Harvard. As you can see in the Facebook movie, one of the first countries that Facebook was in, is Bosnia. My background is Bosnian Slovenian.
While I was living in Germany I met Mark Zuckerberg's family.
So, how did I come up with the idea of Facebook? Or Uber or GoGet or Whisper? Well, I wanted something to exist that would be of value and have a good purpose. Facebook, I invented because I didn't want to go to my high school formal in my final year, without knowing who was who there. I wanted to know people before I arrived. I never went to the formal, and Facebook didn't exist until later. However, I got busy! Busy being productive and inventing. I stayed at home and started writing down ideas and business plans of what I wanted to exist in the world. For me, it was simple. Make a difference, communicate with like minded people and make is all happen!
As for my friends that went to the high school formal? They spent money on fancy clothes, fancy food and some drank a lot! I got to live the life I wanted. I got the value in life that I wanted. I am happy.
A big thank you to Mark and Harvard Business School for taking on my idea!
Every day, I think of a new way of improving the world and making a difference. This is the life that I am happy to live.
We all have to start somewhere. How do I come up with an idea? How do I find others like me? How do I convince others to make my idea a reality? And most of all, how do I get others to believe in my ideas?
Simple, really. I believe in what I do. I find what is missing from the market place, what is can be useful to most people and what is easy to create. I speak with those willing to listen and I help them to see the bigger picture. I have other's best interest at heart and I take an interest in them, as well my environment. You have to start somewhere and you all know, that a journey of a thousand miles, start with the first step. Believe, create, do. So, ask yourself what do you want to do? Who do you want to be? What do you want to create? What do you want to achieve? What will you do for this world?
